The box includes:
5 packs with 150 g of Bellota Iberian shoulder ham
3 packs with 150 g of Bellota Iberian loin
2 packs with 150 g of Bellota Iberian chorizo
Slow curing process from 2 to 4 years for the Bellota Iberian Shoulder Ham, 4 months for the Bellota Iberian chorizo and 3 months for the Bellota Iberian loin.
For optimal enjoyment, it is important that the meat is at a temperature over 15oC.
